Dooley's Chapel on the Lake is a classic wedding venue in Branson, Missouri. This waterfront resort venue is located on Table Rock Lake in the Ozark Mountains. It is a wonderful location for events year round, whether it’s a wedding, corporate conference, family reunion or retreat. There are different spaces available to suit the vision you have in mind for your wedding festivities.

Venue Descriptions:

Chapel Sanctuary

 Our Chapel offers a specular view of Table Rock Lake from our soaring 30 foot windows! The upper level of our Sanctuary is 2,100 square feet with wood floors, beams and wainscoting.  The chandeliers and dimmer lighting offers a warm Wedding glow for your keepsake photos.   Double wooden doors offer a dramatic entry for the bridal party.  The chapel architecture is versatile and conforms to use as a rustic outdoorsy feel, casual elegance or a formal affair. 

 We can seat up to 150 guests and feature white folding wedding chairs, window lanterns, Grecian columns with floral accents, and a decorated wood and stone cross.   Additional decorator items are available for your use.   We also provide a guest book table, decorative accent tables for ceremonial items (memorial table/unity candle) and more.

Outdoor Ceremony Site -Enchanted Woods

Our outdoor site features a large wooden platform with tall Gothic window frames. It is nestled in the woods of the chapel grounds. Your guests will be surrounded in nature during your ceremony. The window frames can be draped rustically or traditionally as you desire. Our bridal parties will enter the site through a curtained arbor and a short staircase perfect for photo-ops. In case of inclement weather the Chapel Sanctuary would become your alternate site.

Lower Level

The lower level is the perfect space for a cocktail or social hour for your guests while you do Family/Wedding Party photos and we flip the upstairs into your reception space.  The room features a stone fireplace that is seasonally decorated.   Wooden beams and pillars accent the room and lead out to a pergola covered porch complete with lights for that romantic touch.  The lower level also features a spectacular view of the lake and surrounding woods. Our Groom’s Room is also located on this level.

Bride Ready Room

 Our elegant bride ready room is located just off of the sanctuary with a private outdoor entrance.  The room is appointed with a crystal chandelier and sconces, a special vanity for the bride, vanities and mirrors for the bridesmaids, velvet settee’ and a private bathroom.  Your bridal gown may be displayed from our ceiling medallion along with a full-length mirror for photo ops.

Groom Ready Room

We designed this room as a Men’s Game Room complete with a poker table that converts to bumper pool, dominoes, mini refrigerator, couches, flat screen TV and a fireplace.  Décor includes fishing poles, golf clubs and oars.  Masculine best describes this room for the groom and his groomsmen.
